Synopsis:

While our digital world is an obvious boon to everyone, the downside means innumerable new entry points for crises to enter and do great harm to your organization. Crises could include identity thefts, ransomware, malware, and very public, potentially viral, attacks on your organization in Tweets and blogs. They could come from disgruntled ex-employees or customers, influential bloggers, misinformed or openly hostile news media, or well-organized global activist groups. This webinar will cite case studies to illustrate the constantly changing landscape of online and social media that play fundamental roles in either supporting or harming an organization’s brand and reputation. Best practices in online and social media crisis communications preparedness and crisis management will be discussed.”
