    Scenario: There is a major incident in your city and you send a broadcast message to your employees using Send Word Now (or something similar). You want to know if they are safe, or if they need help.
    Someone replies: I need help?

    Now what?

    What is our role as a crisis management team? What is HR’s role?
    If they are hurt or trapped – first responders are likely engaged. (if the contact can reply to your message, they can also likely call 9-1-1 / 9-9-9). If so, how can we help?

    So what do YOU do with this information once you know that someone needs help?
