Creating a Sustainable Crisis Management Program

March 7 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

$50

Webinar Description:

Creating a Crisis Management program requires buy-in from several key areas of the organization. Before you put pen to paper, ensure that the program is aligned with top management as well as some of the other key areas within the business. There should be champions that will support the program throughout its lifecycle, ensure you have more than just one.

The development of the program requires partnerships, internally and sometimes externally too. Understanding your stakeholders will be essential as you start to put your crisis management plan together.

The plan is in place, there’s alignment on roles and responsibilities, now what? Yes, it’s time to validate the plan and the team roles and capabilities.

This webinar will take you through the various stages of creating a sustainable crisis management program.

Join Rob Burton as he interviews Leanne Metz for this ICMC member webinar.
